The aparthotel was very cosy and welcoming.
Unfortunately, our experience at Cowool Cergy Aparthotel was greatly disappointing. The lighting in our apartment was dreadfully dim, making it hard to do anything without straining my eyes. The shower cubicle was unusable due to a missing door panel since I was looking forward to a proper shower. My attempt to warm up the space was futile, as I couldn't figure out how to turn on the heating, leaving us feeling quite chilly at night.

Welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices which kept us satisfied each morning.
The room lacked proper lighting and felt a bit cramped. the shower had inconsistent water temperature issues.

the design of the lobby and whole building is super bright and cozy! loved the comfy chairs and tables to chill in the common areas. our comfort family apartment was spacious with comfy beds, and the bakeries for breakfast were amazin! plus there was a ton of parking, which made things easy for us.
the shower was a bit messy, everything got wet after using it. also, the train station felt farther than expected.

The room was spacious, which was great for our family. But honestly, it felt pretty cold and uninviting with those concrete walls. The shower situation was a total mess. after using it, everything was wet, even the floor. I had to move my suitcase to avoid it getting soaked. It was a hassle! Oh, and the walk to the train station took longer than expected, which was annoying.
